The Msoon website is the “Platform” owned by Msoon Company for Public Relations & Communications, registered with the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the Unified Number (7034272463) and Commercial Registration Number (1010890754), hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider.”

Preamble

The Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user of the services provided on the Platform (“User/Client”) and Msoon Company for Public Relations & Communications (“Service Provider”) on the Platform. By accessing and using the Platform, the user unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Platform, the user acknowledges that they have read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions, whether they are a registered user or not. This consent applies from the date of the first use or access to the Platform. If the user does not agree to the Terms and Conditions, they are not permitted to access or use the services.

  1. Updates to Terms and Conditions of Use:
    • The user of the Platform is required to follow the Terms and Conditions and review updates periodically. Certain programs, services, or products may have specific terms and conditions that must be reviewed in advance through the relevant FAQ page before subscribing. Subscription, purchase, or logging in constitutes the user’s explicit consent to all applicable terms.
    • The Service Provider reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Saudi regulations.
    • The user’s continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  2. Courses Validity:
    • All courses provided are paid and intended for personal use only. They may not be used, exploited, or accessed by any party other than the subscribing user.
    • The client is obligated to use the courses they have subscribed to personally. They may not publish, share, record, store, broadcast, or send the course content to any third party.
  3. Selection of Instructor and Training Location:
    • The Service Provider reserves the right to change the instructor listed in the course details for any reason.
    • In the event of an instructor change, the Service Provider is obligated to notify users before the start of the course via the contact methods registered by the user.
    • The user is entitled to a course fee refund if the instructor is changed, subject to the following conditions:
    • The user must request the refund before the course begins, via the following email: (hello@msoon.sa)
    • Refund requests will not be accepted after the course has started or if the Client has attended any part of the course.
    • The Service Provider reserves the right to select an appropriate training location.
    • The Service Provider may change the training location for any reason and is obligated to notify users of the change within a reasonable time before the course begins via the contact methods registered by the user.
    • The user is not entitled to a course fee refund if the training location is changed, provided that the new location is within the same city as the original training site.
  4. Provisions for the Training Facility:
    • Saudi nationals are required to wear the official attire of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while non-Saudis must wear appropriate formal attire. The client must also observe public decency rules and the social customs of the Kingdom.
    • The client must not smoke within the training facility.
    • The client must comply with the food and beverage policies and procedures established by the Service Provider at the training facility.
    • The client must respect the training facility and refrain from any form of tampering or damage.
    • The client is fully responsible for any damage caused to the training facility, its premises, equipment, or devices.
    • Course Registration:
      • The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. The use of false or incorrect information is prohibited.
      • The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the personal data submitted and is accountable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information.
      • The user is fully responsible for any damages or losses that may occur due to unauthorized access. In case of suspected security breaches via the user’s devices, the Service Provider must be notified immediately at (hello@msoon.sa).
      • The user may not transfer, sell, or allow others to benefit from their course registration or platform username.
      • The user is responsible for all activities associated with their account.
  1. Health and Safety Instructions:

The client must comply with the health regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and adhere to the policies and procedures established by the Service Provider or its partner organizations when the course is conducted at external locations.

  1. Payment and Financial Policies:
    • The user must comply with Msoon’s policies regarding course fee payments.
    • The user must pay for registered courses through the approved payment methods and forms provided on the Platform.
    • Payment Policies:
      • The client must pay the full amount due before attending the course.
      • Minors are prohibited from registering as users of the Platform and are not allowed to use it or conduct any financial transactions. Transactions must be conducted by the minor’s legal guardian. The Service Provider is not responsible for any violations of this rule.
  1. Refund Policy:
    • All fees are non-refundable if seven (7) days or less remain before the course start date.
    • The client bears all costs associated with terminating the relationship with the Service Provider if the termination is initiated by the client.
  1. Replacement and Cancellation Policy:
    • The user is not entitled to request a replacement for the course -if other courses are available -after twenty-four (24) hours from the course purchase. Course replacement is only allowed with the Service Provider’s approval.
    • The course fee cannot be transferred to another user’s account.
    • The user is not entitled to claim any financial compensation in the event of not benefiting from the courses or services they have subscribed to.
  1. Consent to Filming, Recording:
  • By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and attending the course, you acknowledge and consent to video recording, audio recording, and photography during the course, including, without limitation, materials featuring your image, voice, or appearance (the “Content”).
  • You further acknowledge and agree that Msoon is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in and to the Content, and you hereby waive any claims arising from or related to the Content or its use.
  • Msoon may use the Content inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for educational, training, documentation, or promotional purposes, without any payment or compensation.
  • Msoon commits to using the Content in a manner that respects participants’ dignity and privacy, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection:

The relationship between the user and the Service Provider is governed by the privacy and data protection provisions outlined in the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy, available at the following link: (Privacy Policy).

  1. Intellectual Property Rights:
    • All content provided in the courses, including texts, images, videos, audio recordings, interactive materials, and others, is protected under the Copyright Law applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Reproducing, publishing, modifying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Service Provider is prohibited.
    • The user may not share, transfer, use, or publish their account content or username with any third party by any means. The user is responsible for all activities associated with their account.
    • Any violation of intellectual property rights exposes the infringing user to legal liability, and applicable penalties under the law will apply.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This agreement is governed by the laws, regulations, and principles in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any disputes or disagreements between the parties regarding the implementation or interpretation of this agreement, or any related matters, which cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days from the date of the written notice sent by either party indicating the dispute, the matter shall be referred to the competent authority in Riyadh for resolution, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  1. General Provisions:
    • The Service Provider reserves the right to delete or suspend any user account in case of any violation of the terms and conditions, non-compliance with Islamic law or public morals, violation of national policies, misuse, or identity impersonation. All platform users must comply with all local laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia related to ethical use of digital content. The user is also responsible for paying any taxes imposed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • Users are required to attend at least 70% of the total in-person training hours of the course. If a user’s attendance falls below this requirement, Msoon reserves the right not to issue a certificate of attendance.
    • The programs and services provided are subject to a specified usage period, as detailed in the subscription information or FAQ. Once the subscription is activated, the user is not allowed to withdraw or claim a refund.
    • The Service Provider has the right to refuse service to any user who violates cybersecurity policies or breaches public ethics related to electronic use.
    • The Service Provider is committed to displaying this policy and its updates in a clear location on the website/application to enable users to review it at any time (Terms and Conditions).
    • By using the platform, the user agrees to the Service Provider’s right to assign or transfer ownership of these terms, in whole or in part, including to:
    • Any subsidiary or affiliated company.
    • Any acquirer of the platform, its business, or assets.
    • The company succeeding the Service Provider in the event of a merger.
    • These terms and conditions constitute complete agreement between the parties regarding their subject matter and supersede any other agreement between the Service Provider, its representatives, and the user, whether written or oral.
  1. Technical Support for Inquiries and Complaints:
    • The Service Provider’s technical support team provides assistance via email: (hello@msoon.sa).
    • The technical support team responds to inquiries and complaints submitted through the WhatsApp number published on the website (+966506957151), the support form on the “Contact Us” page, or via email (hello@msoon.sa) within a maximum of seventy-two (72) business hours.
    • If support does not respond within five (5) business days, the request may be escalated to the Service Provider’s management.
